v4.32
One clear Open/Close switch, an assistant that does it for you, and Stripe Connect on every plan
- Agreements · what you agreed to at sign-up. Settings › Agreements now lists the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy you accepted when you signed up, with the date, time and version.
- Usage, easier to read. Your Usage page now separates what your account holds from what counts this month, and every monthly figure says the day and time it resets in your own time zone.
- Assistant · Open or close your line. Ask how to open or close your waitlist line and the assistant now offers a button that does it for you in one tap. It works on the line you pick, and tells you if it is already open.
- Assistant · "Closed" explained. If guests see "Closed", the assistant now checks whether your line is switched off or it is your business hours, tells you which, and offers to open the line when the switch is the cause.
- Assistant · Set your hours by talking. Tell the assistant which days you are open and from when to when, in your own words. It shows you the week and saves it when you confirm. It also tells you when your hours are still the ones set up at sign-up.
- Connect · Business hours. AI assistants connected to your account can now read and set your business hours.
- Line · One clear Open/Close switch. Your line's switch now says in words whether you are open ("Open · taking guests" or "Closed · not taking guests") and has a big Open line / Close line button. You'll find it on your board in every view, including Reception and your phone held sideways, on Home, and in your account Overview.
- Storefront · Why you're closed. When you close your line, guests see "Not taking guests right now". Outside your business hours they see "Closed until" and when you open next.
- Enterprise · Availability by country. Enterprise now leads with what it is for: we map your business onto the platform and automate it, in every country. A new Availability page shows which services depend on where you are, like a local number for the AI phone assistant (ready now in the US, by request elsewhere). Every Enterprise plan card links to it.
- Policies. We have updated our free-plan policies. The details are on your Usage page and in our Terms of Service.
- Starter · Stripe Connect. Payments is open again on every plan in the console menu, and Integrations has a Stripe Connect card. Connect payouts, then turn on Order ahead to sell what is in your catalog.
- Starter · Guest-limit email. The email that tells you you are halfway through, or out of, your free guests for the month was failing to send. It goes out again.
- Upgrade page. For some accounts that already bought an event pass, the upgrade page showed an error. It now opens with the plans to choose from, and you can pay for Pro right there. If you have waivers set up on Starter, it also reminds you again that they only work on a paid plan.
- Emails · Receipts, bookings, memberships and ticket links. Your receipts and the booking, membership and ticket emails your guests get no longer start with a stray line of text, and they show your business name as their title.
- Event Pass · Switching modes. Moving a running Event Pass from one mode to another (say, haunt to paint) now keeps the new page style, your lane names and your customer count.
- Translations. Event Pass wording on the sign-up and receipt screens, and the "Check-in kiosk" label in your menu, now show in your language instead of English.
